Registration includes :
- Conference Registration Fees
- Lunches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday ( 22nd, 23rd & 24th September, 2022)
- Dinner on Thursday (22nd September, 2022)
- Banquet on Friday (23rd September, 2022)
Terms and Conditions :
- Registration fee is not transferable to any other attendee or meeting.
- P. G. Student : Certificate from Head of the department confirming student status should be accompanied.
- It is mandatory to Register for the Conference to Submit an Abstract.
- The amount mentioned above does not include any travel, accommodation, airport transfers or insurance costs.
- Registration is confirmed only after the receipt of full payment and will be based on the date of receipt of payment.
- Conference kits for delegates registering on-spot will be as per the availability of stocks and on first come first serve basis.
- Conference identification badges are mandatory for all conference events (Scientific Program, Lunch and Exhibition).
- Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees was not credited to the conference account on time.
- Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All requests for cancellation must be made in writing/E-mail and sent to the conference secretariat.
- Till 30.04.2022 - 25% cancellation fee. 75% refund (against registration) will be processed.

From 01.05.2022 till 30.06.2022 - 50% cancellation fee. 50% refund (against registration) will be processed.

After 01.07.2022 - NO REFUND

90% refund if the event is cancelled due to COVID or any government guidelines.

Refunds will be made by bank transfer, the cancellation notification or refund request must indicate a bank account to which a refund may be remitted.

Refunds will be made one month after completion of the conference.
